File Assessor needed at the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital

Reporting to the Billing Manager, the File Assessor’s primary responsibilities include efficient and accurate file assessing / auditing and the delivery of an efficient and professional service to the internal and external customers. This includes reconciliation of all items and services billed and to ensure that the event is accurate, and a true reflexion of the treatment received and accommodation in the hospital. The successful candidate will be goal oriented with strong customer, quality and performance focus.
