Mr. Sakhile Masuku, a seasoned professional with 33 years of experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant, currently holds the position of CEO of his own forensic auditing practice. Concurrently, he serves as the Audit Committee chair at the Sefako Makgatho University of Health Sciences, and a nonexecutive director & chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Land Bank Insurance companies.
In his career journey, Mr. Masuku served as the CEO of Masuku and Associates Forensic Accounting and currently holds a non-executive director position at 360 Global Solutions. Notably, he spent a decade, including time as a Partner, at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc Insurance and Investment Management Division. His leadership experience also includes managing the medium-sized audit practice MSGM Masuku Jeena Inc. as CEO.
Mr. Masuku’s educational background comprises a Chartered Accountant qualification, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science. His extensive knowledge and experience in the audit and asset management environments are evident in his multifaceted career.
His commitment to education and governance is reflected in his part-time role at the Sefako Makgatho University of Health Sciences. As a professional with a diverse skill set, Mr. Sakhile Masuku continues to make valuable contributions to the financial and academic sectors.
Mr Masuku serves as the Chairperson of the Investment Committee at the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.
