Mr Makwana is an accomplished business leader with diverse experience acquired over 33 years overall, 27 of which have been in executive and C-Suite roles in the public and private sectors. He is the immediate past Non-Executive Chairman of Nedbank Group Ltd (NDBKF.PK), Nedbank Ltd, his term concluded on 02 June 2023. Until Monday 30 October 2023 Mpho was Chairman of the ESKOM SOC LTD Board of Directors after a short term of 12 months.

Dr Linda Ncube-Nkomo is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund. She is a Chartered Accountant by profession with extensive experience in various sectors including the Development Sector, Telecommunications, Financial Services and Consulting. Over the years she has finessed her skills in Strategy Development and Implementation, Organisational Leadership, Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement as well as Project Management.

Ms. Zodwa Manase, is a businesswoman, an international award winner and one of the first few women Chartered Accountants in the country. She is a co-founder of the African Women Chartered Accountants organization (AWCA).
She serves as a Trustee on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund and the Thabo Mbeki Foundation and is chairperson of the audit and risk committees of both.

He is the former Executive Chairman of Matemeku Group Pty Ltd, Chief Executive Officer of the following: Moribo Leisure (Pty) Ltd, South African Tourism and the Johannesburg World Summit on Sustainable Development Company ( JOWSCO).

Advocate Kgomotso Moroka holds a BProc from the University of the North, and an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand. She was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 1989. Professor Zeblon Zenzele Vilakazi, a distinguished nuclear physicist, currently holds the position of Vice-Chancellor and Principal of Wits University. Before assuming this role, he served as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Postgraduate Studies, significantly contributing to the doubling of Wits' research outputs. Additionally, he is a trustee on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund.
