Mr. Moss Ngoasheng is the CEO of Safika Holdings and one of South Africa’s most distinguished business figures. Currently serving on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund as Interim deputy chairperson, Moss holds various prominent positions in addition to his role at Safika.

Ms Moipone Nana Magomola, independent consultant and director of companies is a former Director General of the Northwest Province (Premier’s Office) and former executive at ESKOM. She is currently Chairperson of GIBB Engineering Pty Ltd and interim Chairperson Nelson Mandela
Children’s Fund where she has served for over twenty (20) years.

Ms. Nana Magomola

Ms. Zodwa Manase, is a businesswoman, an international award winner and one of the first few women Chartered Accountants in the country. She is a co-founder of the African Women Chartered Accountants organization (AWCA).
She serves as a Trustee on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund and the Thabo Mbeki Foundation and is chairperson of the audit and risk committees of both.

Mr. Sakhile Masuku, a seasoned professional with 33 years of experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant, currently holds the position of CEO of his own forensic auditing practice. Concurrently, he serves as the Audit Committee chair at the Sefako Makgatho University of Health Sciences, and a nonexecutive director & chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Land Bank Insurance. Mr Masuku serves as the Chairperson of the Investment Committee at the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.

Advocate Marumo Moerane is a highly respected legal professional, presently practicing as an Advocate at MTK Moerane SC. Demonstrating a longstanding dedication to the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund, he has held the position of trustee since the organization's establishment in 1995 and presently assumes the role of Managing Trustee.

Joe Seoloane is a distinguished figure known for his unwavering commitment to philanthropy and community development, particularly in advocating for children's rights and welfare. Currently serving as a trustee on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund and director on the board of Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital , he also fulfils a significant role in his personal capacity as a pastor.

Mr Makwana is an accomplished business leader with diverse experience acquired over 33 years overall, 27 of which have been in executive and C-Suite roles in the public and private sectors. He is the immediate past Non-Executive Chairman of Nedbank Group Ltd (NDBKF.PK), Nedbank Ltd, his term concluded on 02 June 2023. Until Monday 30 October 2023 Mpho was Chairman of the ESKOM SOC LTD Board of Directors after a short term of 12 months.

Victor Nosi was born and bred in the Township of Evaton in the then Vaal Triangle. He has tertiary qualifications from Unisa, Wits, University of Port Elizabeth, and other Institutions. He worked as an Executive for several blue chip Companies that include among others SAB, Absa, and Sasol.
Victor has been a Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund for many years.

Professor Zeblon Zenzele Vilakazi, a distinguished nuclear physicist, currently holds the position of Vice-Chancellor and Principal of Wits University. Before assuming this role, he served as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Postgraduate Studies, significantly contributing to the doubling of Wits' research outputs. Additionally, he is a trustee on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund.

Mr. Rorisang Tshabalala is the Chief Executive of ChapterOne Innovation and serves on the board of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund as a Trustee, Chairperson of the Development Committee and member of the Management Trustee Committee. Additionally, he holds positions on the Boards of Spark Schools, Edge Growth and Barloworld Empowerment Foundation. Dr Linda Ncube-Nkomo is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund. She is a Chartered Accountant by profession with extensive experience in various sectors including the Development Sector, Telecommunications, Financial Services and Consulting. Over the years she has finessed her skills in Strategy Development and Implementation, Organisational Leadership, Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement as well as Project Management.
