The Fund develops relationships with private companies, government departments, universities, research institutions, media, civil society organisations, local and international non-governmental organisations. These are called strategic partners. They have over the years helped the Fund to find even greater success. Strategic partnerships are a mutually beneficial relationship that help the Fund grow at reduced costs by sharing of resources to help all involved succeed Hosting conferences, summits, media events, research (including publishing and dissemination) and hosting sustained campaigns costs lots of money. Strategic partners pool resources together and all benefit at the end. The Fund works with strategic partners to compliment rather than compete and these relationships are guided by Memorandum of Understanding/ Agreement for the sharing of both risks and rewards of the outcomes especially for the benefit of children in South Africa. Strategic partners work with the Fund by giving their financial, programming, technical, technological, in kind and marketing expertise to support the cause which is like their own.
