Capacity Building refers to training events, mentorship, handholding, exchange visits and making resource materials available to children, their families and implementing partners for learning and growth in the focus areas of the Fund. Many implementing partners as grassroots level organisation especially in the far-flung communities have constantly required training in a number of areas so that they become sustainable even after the Fund has stopped granting them. The Fund also links these organisations to other organisations that can offer training and capacity building.
