Mr. Maseda Ratshikuni is a seasoned marketing and communications executive with over 25 years of experience in brand strategy, reputation management, and business leadership across Africa. He currently serves as Managing Director of SEDA Services, providing strategic marketing, communications, and advisory services to businesses across South Africa and the continent.

Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Nedbank, including Executive: Marketing and Communications for Nedbank Africa Regions, where she led marketing strategy across five African countries and managed a team of 40 professionals. During her tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening the bank’s brand reputation, driving digital marketing transformation, and leading high-level stakeholder engagement with governments, regulators, and business leaders across the continent.

Mr Ratshikuni spent more than two decades at Nedbank in various leadership roles, including Head of Marketing and Communications for Africa Regions and Head of Cause Marketing. In these roles, he spearheaded impactful campaigns and partnerships linked to major initiatives such as the Comrades Marathon, the Nedbank Cup, and sustainability programmes through the WWF Nedbank Green Trust.
