Building on Nelson Mandela’s enduring vision for children, the Framework outlines how the Fund will accelerate progress in advancing children’s rights and well-being through bold advocacy, strategic partnerships and innovative programmes. It reflects our commitment to changing the way society treats its children by preventing violence against children, addressing child poverty and strengthening the systems that protect and support every child.

Working alongside government, civil society, communities, development partners, the private sector and children themselves, we will champion evidence-based solutions, amplify children’s voices, and mobilise collective action to achieve sustainable impact at scale.

As we look towards 2030, our focus remains clear: to ensure that no child is left behind and that every child has the opportunity to survive, thrive, participate and realise their full potential.
